With wide and varied experience in the real estate industry, Alicia brings a good breadth of knowledge to her role as property manager. Having previously worked as a sales assistant and in various industry roles, she also has key wider experience, formerly working for Boeing Holdings Australia as an International Business Support Specialist.

A vital position that involves strong management skills for success, Alicia brings such skills to her role at R&W Potts Point/Elizabeth Bay. Knowing the importance of developing relationships with people is a key part of her skillset and something essential in property management.

"I love the 'people' aspect of my role and the relationships that are built over time," she says. "The ability to help people and be trusted with the task of looking after their most valuable asset, their home, is very rewarding to me."

The cafes, bars and artsy vibe of Potts Point are all things she enjoys in the area, the latter being something which connects to her own creative side, Alicia being a keen resin painter and fluid art practitioner, not to mention an avid hiker and swimmer.
